Wrestling Trip January 28th 2006

This past weekend Matt, Cayden, Kynlie and I took a trip back to Chadron to watch Josh and Mike wrestle up in Red Cloud. It was a lot of fun to go home again, we haven't been home since July so we needed it. It was a good trip out, very long but I enjoy it; Matt doesn't! The kids actually do pretty well with it, they get to watch movies and I always make sure to take plenty of books and toys to keep them entertained.
We got into Chadron and went straight to our friends house that we stay at only to realize the door had been locked....our friend was in Mexico! Thank goodness Josh and Mike were there, they climbed up on the roof and through a window and unlocked to door for us!
Saturday morning we headed up to the Pine Ridge to watch the boys wrestle. It was so much fun and the kids had an absolute ball! The tournament lasted almost 12 hours so it was a long day but well worth it.
I have quite a few pictures of Cayden wrestling around with some of the CHS wrestlers. They really were great with him and Kynlie.

They were so good during the "waiting times" we had a lot of people comment on how well behaved they thought the kids were for being stuck in a gym all day long...(my children had them all fooled!)


Cayden and Kynlie became quite attached to a couple of the boys on the team. Here is Cayden telling one of them what for....
