Kynlie's Birthday!

Ok seriously I know I know.....

It was such beautiful weather for Kynlie's 2nd birthday! She got a boat load of great presents that she absolutely loves! Thanks again to everyone!
Unfortunately Kynlie did get a pretty bad bonk on the forehead the week before so she looks like we pulled her through a keyhole!

Here is the Birthday girl!! Isn't she the prettiest!

House Moving

This morning we went and watched three historical houses being moved here in Lincoln.

The triplets are moving

The expensive, controversial relocation of three nearly identical old houses nicknamed the triplets will happen Sunday morning.

The three houses are dilapidated and uninhabitable, and they’re in the path of the Antelope Valley project channel. City Council members tried to get out of preserving the houses, but they were deemed historically significant and a 2001 agreement with the federal government obligated the city to do everything it could to save them.

The houses will be moved from near 22nd and O streets to vacant, city-owned land at 15th and Claremont streets in the North Bottoms. Lincoln Journals Star

I took video of it too! The kids thought it was really cool! Matt was waiting for one of the houses to fall off..he's such a pain.

Omaha Zoo

I'm a little behind putting these up but hey I have things to do! :) Back in March we took a trip up to the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha with Matt's parents. We had a ball! There weren't very many people there so we didn't feel rushed to get through things. We went to all the indoor activities unfortunatly that does include a lot of snakes. I swear those are the nastiest things out there! YUCK!
The fish in the background were glowing and it was dark in there so it was really cool. Much better in person than in the picture!

My camera batteries died before we went into the Bayou. That was my favorite part; with the crocs and beavers! It is definatly a must see!

Just don't fall in!

Bummer

Well our digital camera decided to take a crap on us so there won't be any pictures for awhile. I don't know what happened but it's dead! Our DVD/VHS player died too so it's on its way to Texas as we speak to be fixed! Sony said they would fix it for free so I thought well sure ya will!
Funny story! I put the kids in the bath then went out to load the dishwasher....two minutes later I go back in and there was (NO SHIT) an inch of water on the bathroom floor and about 2 inches of bubbles! I didn't know what to say! Cayden just pointed to Kynlie and Kynlie pointed to Cayden....that's what I get for multi-tasking! Little buggers!
