Ok I get the hint...ahem Amy!!!! I'll update this stinking pain in my backside!
I'll start with our trip back home for my 10 year reunion. I can't believe it was 10 years this year. Time sure does seem to fly. Unfortunately Matt and I suck at taking pictures so we didn't get any with our computer but we grabbed a couple from Laura's blog!
Here is a great picture of me, Lisa, and Lori at the picnic Friday night.

This one is a pic of Lisa and I on the float for the parade Saturday morning.

We had such a good time in Chadron and were forever grateful to Lori for letting us stay with her.
After the parade I went with Lisa to a bridal shower for our friend Natasha then Matt the kids and I packed it up and headed for Colorado!
We stayed at my dad's house for a couple of days! On Sunday morning we took in the Budweiser plant! Awesome! I learned a lot about brewing!
These pictures didn't turn out very well....again Matt and I aren't photographers!!

I thought this was cool. At that moment we saw how much was brewed!

Behind us is the newest edition to the Budweiser Clydesdales...don't I look fetching!!!

Monday morning we took off and went up to Estes Park. That is hands down my favorite place in the whole wide world. There's no humidity there! Did you know I hate humidity? Um yea big time! Little sidetracked there...
First we went fishing at this lake I can't remember the name of....something Mary or Mary something..I think anyways absolutely beautiful!!!

The kids managed to get absolutely soaked twice so they had no clean clothes! But they had a bawl fishing.
Then we went back into town grabbed some lunch then we up into the mountains. I can't begin to tell you just how beautiful it was up there.

We saw elk! The kids loved it!
Just the scenery is enough to keep me occupied for years!

This flower is called the Indian Paintbrush...Matt and I thought that was cool because the color of our kitchen is named that.
I love the mountains! We had such a good time up there. I couldn't believe how cold it was at the top though. Matt and I just kept watching the temps go from upper 70's to the lower 50's. Amazing! I'm moving! No stinking humidity! Oh and on the way up to Estes we saw a bear! Awesome!
The end of July was pretty stressful for us. My hometown of Chadron was evacuated due to a raging forest fire. I've never been more scared in all my life. The not knowing was the worst part. I think I spent 3 days sitting in front of the local Chadron website hitting refresh for updates. My friend Te'neyl lost her home in this fire. My love goes out to Fred, Jolene, Tate, Laura and Te'neyl. Here are some pictures I swiped.

You can see just how close the fire came to Chadron in the arial photos.

This picture was taken pretty darn close to in front of my grandma's old house. Not a month before the fire Matt and the kids and I walked up to that C. (if you ask Cayden it stands for Cayden not Chadron)
